The room management is well mannered but the rooms have very old and tear bedsheets with full of bedbugs, bad smells. No tooth brush, paste, water bottle are provided free. Toilets are very dirty and nasty which is not acceptable in a room like 2000 RS. Not recommended.

Subject: A Disastrous Stay at Fazar Residency Guest House
Dear Fazar Residency Guest House Management,
I am compelled to write this letter to express my extreme dissatisfaction and disgust with the abhorrent experience I recently had at your establishment. It was, without a doubt, one of the worst stays I have ever encountered.
Let me begin by addressing the issue of cleanliness—or rather, the lack thereof. The state of the room I was assigned was simply appalling. The floors were covered in dust and grime, the bed sheets were stained and unkempt, and the overall atmosphere reeked of neglect. It was evident that proper cleaning and maintenance had not been carried out in ages.
However, the lack of cleanliness was not the only issue that marred my stay. The utter absence of hospitality from your staff was truly astonishing. The receptionist was rude, unhelpful, and seemed more interested in their own personal affairs than attending to guests. I was met with a blatant disregard for customer service and a complete lack of professionalism.
To add insult to injury, the lack of basic amenities was simply unacceptable. The absence of soap and shampoo in the room left me astounded. How can a supposedly reputable guest house fail to provide such essential toiletries? It is a clear reflection of your disregard for guest comfort and basic hygiene standards.
Moreover, the presence of mosquitos and even a cockroach in my room was the final straw. It is utterly unacceptable to charge a hefty sum of 1500Rs per night for accommodation that is infested with pests. I felt utterly violated and disgusted by the lack of upkeep and pest control measures in place.
Considering the exorbitant price I paid for my stay, I expected a certain level of quality and service that was clearly absent at Fazar Residency Guest House. It is distressing to think that you would charge such a substantial amount for an experience that was marred by uncleanliness, a lack of hospitality, and the presence of pests.
In light of this abysmal experience, I strongly advise against anyone considering staying at your guest house. The lack of cleanliness, unprofessionalism, and the failure to provide even the most basic amenities are clear indicators of your establishment's disregard for customer satisfaction.
I sincerely hope that you take my grievances seriously and take immediate action to rectify the numerous issues plaguing your guest house. It is only through a genuine commitment to improvement that you can hope to salvage your tarnished reputation.
